MMMEC is managed by a Society registered under the Societies Registration Act. No. XXI of 1960.

The administration of MMMEC and its affairs are controlled by Board of Governors of the Society.

The Hon'ble Minister for the Technical Education, Uttar Pradesh is the Ex-Officio Chairman and the Principal of the College is the Ex-Officio member Secretary of the Board of Governors.

MMMEC conducts Bachelor of Technology Degree Courses of 4 years duration in the following branches with intake as indicated:

MMMEC offers full time M.Tech. Programmes in Civil, Electrical , Mechanical & Electronics & Communication Engineering departments.

The duration of the courses is Two years. The two semesters of programmes will be devoted to complete the course work and other requirements of the degree, while the third semester shall be devoted mainly to thesis work and the students will be required to submit a dissertation in partial fulfillment of the requirement for the master's degree.

With the approval of ministry of Human Resource Development, New Delhi, 3 year M.C.A. Programme is being offered since the session 1987-88. The course curriculum spreading over six semesters (3 years) includes courses in computer science as well as management and mathematics, with a number of electives like artificial intelligence, computer graphics and software project management etc.

With the center being established in 2001, a 4 semester full time Master in Business Administration (MBA) programme is offered, focused on Management System with electives for specializations in Marketing, Finance and Information Technology and Human Resource Management.

Part time M.Tech. Course is offered in Flood Control, Drainage & Hydraulic Engineering (Civil) and Automobile Engineering (Mechanical) and Instrumentation and control (Electrical), Industrial Electronics & Process Instrumentation under Electronics Engineering. Department.

U.P. Technical University has approved the college facilities for registration of Research Scholars for Ph.D. degree in MMMEC.

P.G. Diploma In Computer Applications (PGDCA) The Computer Sc. & Engg. Department runs a part time evening course since 1995. Duration of the course is one and half (1 ½) years or 3 semesters.

P.G. Diploma In Computer Networking (PGDCN) The department of Electronics & Communication Engg. is conducting this part time P.G. Diploma as evening course(PGDCN) of 3 semesters duration.

ALA is the Official club of the Academy of Arts and Literary Activities.
